SRI SNEKHA EXPORTS PVT LTD , occupies a spacious area of 65,000 sq.ft of land under a pillar less shed. Our infrastructure consists of a warehouse, stores, quality control lab, modern warp tying machine and generator section for non-stop production. Our weaving house is equipped with high quality updates machines like sulzer A9500, Toyota Jat710,Picanol Airjet Looms, Modern Sulzer P7100 projectile Shuttle less dobby weaving machines machines capable of producing premium quality fabrics up to 365 cms widths in weaves like plain, Twill, Drill, Satin Gabardine, Oxford, Matty and all Dobby designs up to 20 shafts.
Spinning
Our Company is situated at TIRUCHENGODE NAMAKKAL DIST, having a set of sophisticated machinery including the facility of compact spinning and a laboratory equipped with state of art instruments.
Weaving
Cloth is usually woven on a loom, a device that holds the warp threads in place while filling threads are woven through them. The way the warp and filling threads interlace with each other is called the weave. The majority of woven products are created with one of three basic weaves: plain weave, satin weave, or twill.
Yarn Dyeing
Our unit Sri Snekha Exports situated at TIRUCHENGODE NAMAKKAL DIST, was incorporated in the year 2021. We are engaged in Bleaching and Dyeing of yarn in cheese package form. We are also engaged in manufacturing High quality Woven Fabrics for leading brands. Our present production capacity is 6000 Kg of yarn dyeing per day with which quantity One million metres of fabric can be produced per month.
